We provide immediate help and support to Filipino families and individuals facing difficult situations, while upholding their privacy, confidentiality and dignity.

We provide crisis support case work by our qualified bi-lingual Social Workers to assist Filipinos in accessing mainstream support services including, but not limited to:

- Victorian Department of Families, Fairness and Housing i.e. housing services
- Non-government organisations and service providers i.e. family violence, crisis accommodation,
- Primary care services i.e. GP
