Artist Profile
Maureen enjoys her art as a pastime, together with her kid. She shared with a smile in her face that “during lockdown, I just painted with my kid and it helped us to have some fun.”
She prefers landscapes and fantasy paintings. “It’s like you’re in a dream world.” Since she was young, she pursues this dream world though her artwork.
One of her paintings was done in August 2020 at the height of the lockdown. There was curfew from 8 PM to 5 AM but this did not stop her from imagining The Flower Farm at Night. For her, this was a fantasy dream turned into a painting.
Art for Maureen is mainly an inspiration and given the amount of time in her hands these days, she enjoys her art with her little daughter who also loves to paint.
